    Default Borg Cube vs Deathstar

How do you think a borg cube, or a small fleet of cubes, would fare against the death star?

The Borg Cube would be my bet.

    1) The Cube is reasonably mobile, the Star is sloth-like at best.

    2) The Cube, and it's inhabitants, are essentially one big computer; whereas the Star is full of fickle humanoids.

True, and the adaptability. The only thing the star could throw out that would negate that in one shot would be the big laser. I just dont see them being accurate enough, or the borg being slow enough for it to be a factor.

Death Star. When a gun that can take out a planet, I don't see a relatively small Borg Cube adapting to that.

They have to hit it first, and since the gun is on one side of the massive Death Star, all the cube has to do is stay on the other side and adapt to the smaller weapons.

Didn't seem to have that much trouble in ROTK with rebel capital ships. I'm going with the Death Star.

From a distance it would be easier. Get in close and there is no way the DS can match the relative maneuverability of the Cube.

But the empire still has the use of the Force.

Do not underestimate the power of the Dark Side.

Only a select few even know how to use it. Can Vader, assuming he is on the DS, use it from a distance in a way that would make a difference?

All he needs is for one drone to beam over, and use mind control on him. Since they are all linked, he'll have control over all of them.

But if the Death Star gets that shot, as the cube is approaching, then the battle is over before it even really starts.
