Good to see the President making the right choice and choosing to take on the ACLU in this case. Because if released, our troops would have a bullseye on their backs.

But do you agree that it was a good choice?
I agree, that this should not have been an issue that he should have had to change his mind on, but come on vurb. Cut the man some slack on something. Have you NEVER changed you mind? Have no presidents before Obama?

Better that he made the correct decision to reverse his original stance after further thought and analysis than to be stuck in his ways just for the sake of being stubborn.

I think the ACLU will win, and perhaps they should.
No doubt the photos of torture will cause rioting and futher terrorism. There are likely DVRs of torture.
Bush should of given some thought in his booze addled brain to the harm he was really doing.
Perhaps our country needs adjusted by the world community, so this never happens again.
what happened to the jailed abu grab troops? they should of been released, since torture and poor treatment were policy

I don't think the ACLU will win. Perhaps our country needs adjusted by the world community?!?! It's already been adjusted by the new administration. Why would you want to put on extra target on the backs of young people serving when they had nothing to do with the decision to torture?

He's becoming more and more like Bush every day. The military industrial complex is more powerful than the president.
