CIA Says Pelosi Was Briefed on Use of 'Enhanced Interrogations'

Intelligence officials released documents this evening saying that House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) was briefed in September 2002 about the use of harsh interrogation tactics against al-Qaeda prisoners, seemingly contradicting her repeated statements over the past 18 months that she was never told that these techniques were actually being used.

are they even covering this on CNN, NBC, ABC, CBS and MSNBC? Its a shame what our media has turned into and it does a disservice to the population.

so trent lott told a joke and got ran out of the senate yet the speaker of the house approves torture and probably asked for harsher, lies about it, changes her story 3 times, calls for investigations of the Bush legal opinions and she stays in power? Must be nice to be in the Obama camp where you can do anything you please and get off scott free. And scooter libby went to jail for not remembering something correctly about a case in a non crime?
