Anyone ever do Spare Ribs in the oven? Normally, I'd bust out my smoker, but we're in the middle of a blizzard. Looking for some alternate recipes to cook them inside....

Not as good as smoked ribs, but the best indoor ribs I've ever had.....
Just make sure you seal the foil pouch tightly, or the liquid will seep out.

I do them in the oven quite often. I do baby backs there all the time, spare ribs not so much, but then again I rarely cook spare ribs.
That said, the last rack I cooked were oven baked.

Welp, I used the AB recipe and they turned out great. Very moist and the braising liquid made a nice sauce.
I still prefer dry rubbed smoked ribs, but this recipe satisfied by rib craving for the time being.
