kinda like a woman drug addict not being able to understand why the baby is addicted to drugs after birth.
i'm sorry but some people are not suited to be parents. i decided in my early 20's that i never wanted children. i questioned my stability and capability of being a good parent. i figured there was a good chance i would either love it or beat it to death. and i couldn't to that to another human being.
the sad irony of all this is many people have told me i would have made a terrific parent because i was great with their kids. that's why i love being an aunt. my youngest nephew graduates from college friday. he and his brother have both done well!

Vurb, I think it is good that she knew her limitations at the time. Most do not

thank you. too many people start families for the wrong reasons. i wasn't going to be one of them.

you know vurbs, you should know your facts before you open your mouth. my sister and her family are bush loving southern baptists. needless to say i don't talk religion or politics with her!
the boys are, at least, open minded!

I do not know how long you have been here, but, I have learned you might expect to much sometimes, no disrespect intended to Vurbano.

no disrespect, but its me trying to not to inflame verbs. we all go back to the former pit on satguys where people more or less attacked other people, although they weren't suppose to!

its too bad your parents weren't wise enough to rethink their decision. it has always bothered me that people have children for the wrong reason....pressure from their family, friends or peers or because they are suppose to. its usually the child that suffers.

Bob, I am sorry about your parents. Nothing funny about that. This part of the quote however if funny as hell! I know it is not the way Ice meant it, but it almost reads as too bad they had YOU. lol
