USSR had a doomsday weapon that would kill the earth in some way. to be used only if they were losing.

no doubt china has something similiar.

I think some are missing the point of the link.. Yeah, everyone with nukes has a one hit kill for ANYTHING. Not really the point, since MOST everyone wont use them, and if they did, then we have bigger things to worry about, and should be on top of that. This is a legitimate millitary threat when it comes to conventional warfare.
