Its not heavy duty as I want.

The titan silo, designed to survive a nearby direct nuke strike, has 6 to 15 foot walls, all steel reincfored, and 3 foot thick blast doors.

this facility doors are only a few inches thick:(

Why do you want a shelter that can withstand a direct nuclear strike?

Exactly. I don't want to survive nuclear war. Life would suck. I'd rather be one of the lucky ones incinerated who got to die instantly.

So that's the kind of person you are? Rather than wanting to help other people, you want to rape people and take their belongings. No wonder we don't see eye to eye. :(

So Bob, will you notify use of the date of the "bad day"? Does all the folks from Sonic Babble get a free stay in the bunker with you that way we can continue debating?

If it happened I would darn sure take whatever I could to survive and prosper better than the next guy.

Same here...never missed a show when they came. When I say them back in mid 90s when Aenima came out, they opened up the show with 3rd Eye!

I've only seen Third Eye live once...Ah sadly those days are gone. In fact last tour was the same exact setlist as last tour pretty much, and Maynard seemed out of it. I think the days of Tool are limited if not over completely.

We may see one more album just because they have unreleased stuff but I doubt they will do another massive tour...I could be wrong and hope that I am, but I don't think so.

Of course I was joking. Kind of ironic, though, that you're so quick to criticize me for wanting to take people's belongings when you have constantly advocated just that. The only difference is that you're not willing to do it yourself, but instead want your government to do the deed.

And only you would equate taxes to looting after a disaster.

Last I checked, I pay taxes, too. And I I suggest is removing the preferential capital gains tax rate, and upping the top tax bracket from 35% to 39.6%, where it was during the Clinton administration (when, if you recall, a lot of people still managed to get very rich).

Either way, someone is missing some of their belongings without giving them up voluntarily. It's theft in both cases---one legal and one not.

As before, you're advocating forcibly removing belongings from people under the auspices of government. I simply don't understand how you can be comfortable with government taking as much as they want, as often as they want, by force, while likely having a conniption fit if someone put a gun to your head and did the exact same thing directly.

so you would shoot a innocent person attempting to get to their shelter? the one they built and paid for, and stocked with supplies?

Is this post a good example of anything?

sadly we can see that now in haiti.

why not plan in advance for something you can afford?

I believe in you reap what you sow.

the next person could come along and wipe out your family the same way after raping your wife and daughter and tourturing your son just for the sport of it.

then kill you all, you last.........

they had a bigger gun than yours, is that ok with you?

He has to kill me first.

Of course I dont plan on raping his wife and daughter. Ill only pillage what I need to survive.

Course its not ok with me bob. Id fight till my last breath to prevent it.

Certainly you should be prepared for natural disasters. In FLA during hurricane season I make sure we have at minimum a weeks worth of supplies. Its just common sense. If I lived in Tornado ally id do the same. Id keep at least 3-4 days supplies no matter where I lived. You can never have to much non-parishibles and water on hand at any given time. Also Bullets. Lots of them.
