Also, the potential suit is over the Nebraska deal, not the concept of heath care reform.

I would say that any way to kill this bill and make them go back and do it right, would be a win in my book.
the way the bill was conceived was not in keeping with the practice of open legislature, the bill itself severely curtails and abridges the rights and liberties of the people and the attempt of Harry Reid to make the bill "set in stone" by making it so that you can't repeal it is laughable.
