While I wont argue that FAR too much time is wasted on Facebook and Twitter, I will say that they have their benefits.

Properly utilized, twitter and facebook can send alot of traffic to a site such as this.
We may not get many that sign up because of it (and I am admittedly NOT properly utilizing them), but those two sites do send traffic here.
