This is a good recipe I got from Vampz at satguys.

Take a rack of ribs (baby back or spare).
Put in a pan with apple juice up to the top of the ribs.
Coat the ribs in brown sugar, and regular sugar
Add a little salt, pepper, and any other seasonings you may enjoy.

I lightly coat the ribs with a honey glaze after that.

Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 375.

After this they are more or less ready to eat, however I tend to put them on the grill for another 20-30 minutes with BBQ sauce brushed on to get a slightly smoky taste.

Melt in your mouth good!!!

Of course your cooking times will vary with the amount of ribs you are cooking

I'd like to try it, but I don't like BBQ sauce.:(

It is just as good without the BBQ sauce, I just prefer it that way.
Just use a good rub on before baking. The sweet and salty taste of these ribs is unique

OK, gonna have to give it a try. But I think I'll wait till it gets warmer so I can get the grill out.

Warmer??? Rookie!!!!!! lol

I grill year round. It can be 100 degrees, or 10 degrees. It is my favorite way to cook. I actually use my grill 3 times a week minimum. Usually more.

When you guys down south get the snow, freezing temperatures and ice that we get up here, then we can talk.

I don't want my grill to get ruined from the weather.

Well the very few times we have had snow (we do actually get some ice and below freezing temps here in the winter), I have grilled in it. Lol, I love to stay warm by standing around the grill.

I keep my grill covered under my front porch. So no weather to worry about. They also make grill covers. No weather worries!:)

They were honestly better than I remember. I let them bake in the oven a little longer than I normally do, then put them on the grill for about 25 minutes. The meat was litterally falling off of the bone. Very sweet tasting

Whats this thing about putting the grill away??
Turn on the big lights...Shovel a path, knock off the loose snow, evict any mice and chipmunks, and fire it up. Wait till the rest of the snow and ice melts off and make magic. Around here it helps to have a 100,000 btu grill for deep winter cooking but a stock one is doable. Nothing like the smell of burning Steak and Tails on New Years Eve. The only thing better is the eating of the same..:)
