Isnt that amazing. Source cbs bob schieffers show. in addition bin ladens group has moved from afghanistan to pakistan, only 100 of bin ladens group remains in afghanistan
so can we really afford 40,000 or 200,000 troops to bring order to afghanistan?
and what of pakistan?
for those of you say go get em, do you support a draft? and a total war economy?

a reporter for the Communist Broadcast System is NOT a source. I support a withdrawl followed by a series of nukes. This method will destroy AL Queada and serve notice to the rest of the countries that only give us half a@@ support when fighting AL Queada near their country. You had better help us because if we fail conventionally we will clean up the mess in nuclear fashion. It will also destroy the strategy of the terrorists who aim to spill our blood slowly over the years until we get fed up and leave.

Bob, just saying a show is a source is not the best way to verify something. JMO

you cant just go around nuking places........
besides most of the terrorists tired of afghanistan, and have moved on to pakistan. shall we nuke them too?

see its not made up. the question can we afford it to go after 100 terrorists?
http://www.nytimes.com/2009/11/15/us/politics/15cost.html?_r=1
The estimated $1 million a year it costs per soldier is higher than the $390,000 congressional researchers estimated in 2006.
Military analysts said the increase reflects a surge in costs for mine-resistant troop carriers and surveillance equipment that would apply to troops in both Iraq and Afghanistan. But some costs are unique to Afghanistan, where it can cost as much as $400 a gallon to deliver fuel to the troops through mountainous terrain.

I believe I slammed him for doing nothing. He does NOTHING while our troops die. Either reinforce them or leave.

I heard that number somewhere else, so I bet it is accurate.
Just one of many reasons to get the heck out of there.

I can't believe this is the case, but so do I.
The difference is, some of us want the latter. Others want the former.
