According to the psychoanalytic view of Stockholm Syndrome, the tendency might well be the result of employing the strategy evolved by the dependencies nature of the incompetent and clueless to form an emotional attachment to the nearest powerful government or totalitarian figure in order to maximize the probability that this entity will enable — at the very least — the survival of the dependent, if not also prove to be a good parental figure. This syndrome is considered a prime example for the self loathing defense mechanism of identification of which the mental mechanism becomes pathological when its persistent capitulation leads to maladaptive behavior such that the physical and/or mental health of the individual is adversely affected as exhibited by Socialists.

Suffice it to say, my family will be keeping me in Cleveland for some time. The fund would only be for the tickets on a intermodal container transport ship that would be going around the African Horn.. :) No first class for those that won't work for it.
