Just curious. Do you vote party, and nothing else? OR do you take time to see what both sides have to offer in each election?

IMHO, party only votes are dangerous, but I understand that some do that, and that is their choice.

Personally, I tend to lean to the conservative (repub) side. That said, I would not hesitate to vote Dem, or Ind, or whatever if the person running for that party was in line with my personal values.

I can't vote DEM. Their views lead to communism.

I vote who I think the best candidate is.

I look at the individual candidates....I've yet to find anything close to my "perfect" candidate, but usually have more views in common with the Dems.

In county elections, I vote straight republican. Besides judges, there are no republican countywide officer holders (its been like this for some time) and the Dems. run the county like the Italian mob.

I have only voted for a Dem once with it being hillary in the last primary. McCain had it wrapped up and Obama was too socialist....must be stopped.

I vote the person, never the party.

I tend to go more for one party in National elections, but when the elections go state level and definitely local, my votes get more varied as the issues tend to be different.

For the Democrat, not the fat cats.
