The Obama State media is covering up with silence and not reporting the huge number of small bank failures daily that are carrying commercial paper. Fox Business is about the only one you can hear say much about it. Otherwise your neighbors have no idea its crashing all around their ears if they warch the regular news.. We are pretty healthy here in CT and I see strip mall after strip mall and big malls with either zero or 10% occupancy. Small mall anchors like Circuit City are long gone but so are the smaller stores like the furniture giants and carpet companies. These mall real estate companies can't pay the bills. That's how commercial real estate works. Its always financed, refinanced and borrowed against.

Speaking of National Emergency and this dishonest government.....There is something very strange going on about this Flu thing.. It don't feel right. Its getting political and that is disturbing..I was at the Dr last Monday for check up and I saw a sign hanging on the wall that said "If you have a fever...headache..sore throat then you have H1N1." Now, I'm not buddies with this guy as I see him rarely but I asked the Doc about it and he seemed evasive but said its a directive from the CDC.. As if they have decided there will be an epidemic and only the government can save you.. "I am the Obama government and I am here to save you..."

Its going to be painful.... To get a glimpse of your future just look back to the USSR...or tomorrow's Venezuela. Because you elected people to run this country that have that model in their head as the only solution for every problem....Regulate it till it fails and then take it over.... Can you handle it?

If this goes typically like things have in the recent 40 years, the American people will sit passively on their ass and expect others to make the changes. Those weasels in Washington aren't going easy... We may have to go down there with pitch forks and "encourage" them. Are You ready to go and reform our government? Bear, I agree on the H1N1 thing. Obama declares a state of emergency due to H1N1 this past weekend. Why? Only a 1,000 people have died from it vs the 30,000 that die from the regular flu every year......definitely something political in the works...

Hmm. I don't know about it being a directive from the CDC....I had a different experience last week with a doctor. My son had a high fever, headache, and sore throat. I called his Dr.'s answering service in the evening and asked that she call in a prescription for Tamiflu. She refused to do so because the symptoms didn't provide enough evidence that it was any kind of influenza....he went in to see her the next day and she was correct.

the old sears owned NTB tire and battery, allstate insurance, craftsman, coldwell banker real estate, and sold off all of this to concentrate on retail.

when retail goes bust so does sears.

kenmore brand is being sold, and sears is just a licensee of the craftsman brand. there are reports they are trying to raise bucks by selling lands end, all they still own are the stores.

incidently the kmart appliance experiment with sears selling appliances in kmart stores hasnt made money. neith have the sears grand.

this will likely be the last christmas selling season for sears. there are reports they lack the cash to get thru the holidays

Yeah, I'm not much on convenient coincidence. It was done on a Friday night and released Saturday? Something really doesn't feel right. Its panic mongering.

Also a little known fact...the Obama administration aka Government had taken over the distribution of the vaccine supposedly to be able to track efficacy. Come to find out that's why there is a shortage and delay along with the FDA not approving most of it yet. In the past the distribution was always done by the private sector, IE. the manufacture.. They tried to blame the problem on manufacturing problems of the 5 producing companies but come to find out in a congressional hearing mid last week only one company ran into a problem that caused only a one week delay in their production.. All the others where either on time or ahead of schedule.. The Vaccine czar lied through her teeth at the hearing. That was not reported by main stream but I watched the hearing on:05: Fox..

Now we have a emergency because/without enough vaccine?? What is going on? Sounds like its a inherited previous administration problem brewing. Or the fault of someone else. Either way... It a harbinger of things to come when the Government takes over health care. Even the DMV would do a better job. Get out the Socialist mop...

It was strep throat. I think she's ignoring the memo. We asked her about the swine flu shot and she said she will not be giving it to her patients because she doesn't want them used as guinea pigs.
