Rice and pepper stir-fry.

My wife made my favorite meal last night and I just had the leftovers for lunch.

You fry a pound of ground meat and add taco seasoning.

Then you put in a bag of pepper stir-fry, and cook it all together.

You boil rice, then you put the ground meat mixture ontop of the rice.
