This seems like a weak publicity move.

Real change would be to cut billions, not millions. I agree, weak.

Maybe it is just the start, but I doubt it.
I think it is just something to appease the masses. Doubt it will work

Better than not cutting $100M, at least.

After printing 3.6 trillion dollars? Its a bad joke. I know how he could have saved 3.6 trillion

What, you want him to completely shut down the government? Face it, they have to spend some money.

japan cut just as recovery began which caused a 10 year dump.

now is notnthe time to cut spending, unless you want a real depression

Huh?

Japan's markets have never been allowed to correct themselves b/c of all the govt intervention.

Japan is a great example of how economic bubbles can destroy entire markets for decades.

We got real change in Nov. 08' Now it is time to allow Obama to run the country. It is time the dems fix the little people instead of the big greedy corporations.

Nope just honest belief in Obama. Try it, it does not hurt.

I am willing to give him a chance. That is exactly what I have done. I simply see this for what it is (or what it seems to be to me anyway). A weak attempt to make the "right wing extremist" happy.

I'll give him a chance Carl, have been all along, you just have a hard time handling negative criticism. Tell you what, have Obama cut 100 million a week until we're balanced and I'm on board.

What, you want him to completely shut down the government? Face it, they have to spend some money.except for essential services would be a good idea. Its nothing new. McCain proposed it. But rather than save money Obama prrints up 3.6 TRILLION and commits us to 10 Trillion in additional debt before he's done in office. And you do not find him cutting a few million amusing? I do. :free-happy-smileys-

This seems like a weak publicity move. The new deal. Homeland will buy office supplies in bulk.. WTF. They where going down to Staples to buy a ream of paper at a time?? Now they will need a Office Supply Czar to hand out pencils? Otherwise these people will be wasting more because they will have a seemingly endless supply.

CARL.. Watch the other hand while he is distracting you with the $100 million. He has $400 Billion in it.
