Yeah, I thought Tokyo would be the first to go, followed by Madrid, and then Rio finally beating Chicago. Didn't expect Chicago to be the first one eliminated.

I am not sure why the odds makers were saying Chicago. But odds are just a reflection of a betting pool. It was obviously Rio from the start. They certainly need it the most. Another exercise in arrogance by the Obama.
