The three-judge panel charged with reviewing the votes cast in the tightly-contested Minnesota Senate race between Republican incumbent Norm Coleman and Democratic-Farmer-Labor Party challenger Al Franken has declared a winner in the race.

About time Minnesota got it's other Senator. Franken has been in the lead since the first recount. Time for Coleman to take is own advice on election night and stop the court battles.

Minnesota is a joke. First Jesse Ventura and now this washed up comedian turned failed air america radio host. One can only conclude that the voting population there are morons.

Should make for some very entertaining politics. My understanding is that most of the Senators, including the Democrats, can't stand the man.

I lived in MN for a year when they elected Jesse, the body, and i rememeber going to bed thinking this guy has no chance.....
