it is noise and the people should get the bonus.
Why, because they have a contract. Now the contract might suck, but, it is still a legal contract.

There should be more outrage at the Dems who removed the clause to restrict the bonuses last month, behind closed doors, after it was present in both the house and Senate version.

Fox, CNN, and other will find out who did it. it was great radio driving home.

Many of these "bonuses" are for being terminated and are required by contract.

CYA diversionary noise. Just watch the left hand while we are being distracted by the right hand. They know there is no getting around the bill of attainder clause. (The Constitution of the United States, Article I, Section 9, paragraph 3) They are trying to set a tax 95% precedent here ..
