Liberty Counsel, a nationwide public interest religious civil liberties law firm, has read all 1018-pages of HR3200 (http://frwebgate.access.gpo.gov/cgi-bin/getdoc.cgi?dbname=111_cong_bills&docid=f:h3200ih.txt.pdf), Healthcare Reform Bill, and has provided a complete analysis of the bill. It is a monstrous government take-over and socialization of national healthcare.

Here are just a couple to start this off:

• Sec. 113, Pg. 21-22 of the Health Care (HC) Bill MANDATES a government audit of the books of ALL EMPLOYERS that self-insure in order to “ensure that the law does not provide incentives for small and mid-size employers to self-insure”!
• Sec. 122, Pg. 29, Lines 4-16 - YOUR HEALTH CARE WILL BE RATIONED!
• Sec. 123, Pg. 30 - THERE WILL BE A GOVERNMENT COMMITTEE deciding what treatments and benefits you get.
• Sec. 142, Pg. 42 - The Health Choices Commissioner will choose your benefits for you. You have no choice!
• Sec. 152, Pg. 50-51 - HC will be provided to ALL NON-US citizens.
• Sec. 163, Pg. 58-59 beginning at line 5 - Government will have real-time access to individual’s finances & a National ID health care card will be issued!

The list goes on and on....

Be nice if they provided context, namely what the bill actually says, not just their interpetiation.

Also note this is from Liberty Council, associated with Jerry Falwell's Liberty University. The same firm that sued a library to get them to stop congratulating kids who read Harry Potter books. They mainly support evangelical causes, and have seemingly no experience in health care legislation.

The bill is posted in one of these threads if I am not mistaken. I can try to find it for you if you would like.

Well HDRoberts, if you think its bias, you should be able to tell, the bullet points cite the specify section of the bill its referring to. I haven't had time to compare the bill to the bullet points, should make for a good discussion though.

Well, let's start with the fist thing the OP bolded: Sec. 152, Pg. 50-51 - HC will be provided to ALL NON-US citizens.

Actual bill text:

SEC. 152. PROHIBITING DISCRIMINATION IN HEALTH CARE.
(a) IN GENERAL.—Except as otherwise explicitly permitted by this Act and by subsequent regulations consistent with this Act, all health care and related services (including insurance coverage and public health activities) covered by this Act shall be provided without regard to personal characteristics extraneous to the provision of high quality health care or related services.

(b) IMPLEMENTATION.—To implement the requirement set forth in subsection (a), the Secretary of Health and Human Services shall, not later than 18 months after the date of the enactment of this Act, promulgate such regulations as are necessary or appropriate to insure that all health care and related services (including insurance coverage and public health activities) covered by this Act are provided (whether directly or through contractual, licensing, or other arrangements) without regard to personal characteristics extraneous to the provision of high quality health care or related services.

Nothing about citizenship, a simple nondiscrimination clause. Certainly nothing about them getting free heath care. If they want to buy coverage, why not? Better than let them go to the emergency room and have us foot the whole bill.
