Yeah, he does seem to be changing his positions from what he ran on. Positions that were taken by the other side and criticized.

Here's a repost of what I said when Vurb posted this on satguys:

Reading comprehension, my friend. The NYT article you're referring to said he's keeping everything on the table. It did not say he plans to tax health care benefits. In fact, his proposed budget says no such thing.

Its not in his budget yet. He is considering it. The thread title and the article is a question. You can read can't you? I guess I answered my own question. Of course not.
