if you dont turn down the bonus clean out your desk, you are unemployeed.
bet many wouyld decide this isnt the year to take the bonus, make it defered compensation or something else

maybe it would ber worth it? drag it out thru 5 to 10 years of court cases?
tobacco accepts lawsuits as a cost of dong business, maybe AIG should too?

they need to quit giving AIG and other banks money. If they sink, so be it. This spending insanity must stop.

IMHO the CEO of AIG should be fired without any chance of taking any money with him.
Then just keep going down the line till they are all gone, then start over.

lets assume the bonuses arent paid they are offered defered compensation and the employee sues, so they get fired.
the lawsuit drags thru the court.
how many sympathetic jurors will feel bad enough to award the employee back pay and benefits?
i think few to none
