I think he is. I simply see to much opposition (rightly so) to this at this point.

It is scare tactics, and he is doing a good job of using them

Exactly, the opposition is growing bigger each day. People are starting to realize that we are broke and they are also starting to realize that healthcare in Canada and Britain are substandard compared to the USA.
