I agree many of them need to get the heck out of Washington. They spend, spend, spend. Given even our ultra Dem Sen. Feingold is criticizing the $410 billion more in waste Obama is about to christen, it looks like some Dems are getting the unrest in America towards Politicians. Obama is just like every other bid spending liberal.

You know.. like a social and political ideology with the primary guiding principle that the state or nation is the highest priority, rather than personal or individual freedoms. Generally punctuated by inciting class warfare as the means to the end.

Lets see.....
Step 1 - We got people who couldnt afford homes into homes and now they cannot pay
Step 2 - And we are now making people that do pay their mortgages also pay for those people that cannot
Id say mission accomplished, socialism achieved. Special thanks to Barney Frank and Obama.

Everything we are going through is Bush's fault. He killed our economy.
When he came into office we had a surplus in the national debt., now look at us.
Only people who did good during the Bush years were the rich, then maybe in your mind they are the only ones that need to live properly.

This whole mess was started with the mortgage crisis that Bush and MCCain tried to stop years ago. A crisis caused by the DEM socialists determined to put the poor into houses..(Community Reinvestment Act) championed by Braney Frank and the Clintonites then Barney lied and covered up the crisis when Bush tried to address it.

IMO businesses like Fannie-mae should be held responsible, plus the people who couldn't afford their loans should also be held responsible, if I can't afford the house payment, I'm not getting it, I don't want to live on the streets.
But Bush was in power he could of changed all of this, but he didn't. It wasn't a dem senate his whole regime, so things could of changed. I don't trust anyone in congress, dem or rep, but I think Obama will do everything he can to change this.
Just remember, Bush was the head honcho, he knew about this, but he didn't do anything to change it. He might say he tried but the dem congress wouldn't let him, but this was going on before that.
It's funny how I made less money when Clinton was in office, but I had more to spend.

Oil was cheaper then, which makes gas cheaper, which makes heating oil cheaper, which makes fuel for truckers cheaper, which makes food, electronics, clothing and anything else they haul cheaper.
I might be wrong but gas was around .99 then, my heating fuel was $75 a month on a budget compared to $150 a month I'm paying now.
Groceries were cheaper then, I work in the field so I know, so don't argue with me on that one.:)
Now those are the things that are necessities, I wont bring in things that aren't, because we don't need them. But because of the rise in prices of those three things, it makes it harder, for me, to do things like I did back then.
I use to just like to take a day, get everyone in the car, and go for a long drive, up to five hours one way, but when the gas prices went up, there was no way to do that.
Now with gas staying around $2.00, I might be able to take one trip this summer, but not like I use to.
